Why do I have access to Cliqit?

You have access to Cliqit through an organisation you are associated with. Please search for a welcome email from Cliqit to find out more!

How do I sign up?

Sign up is only available to you if you are registered by an organisation partnering with Cliqit. Once your organisation has registered, you will receive a welcome email from the Cliqit team on how to complete your sign up to access all offers.

Offers & Payment

How do I redeem offers with Cliqit?

The redemption method will vary by Reward type:

  1. Add to Cart: these Rewards are added to your cart with the discount applied automatically. Simply select 'add to cart' and purchase using one of the payment options available. The discounts and offers you are eligible for will automatically apply at checkout.
    Add to Cart products are supplied by Neat Ideas, a third-party benefits provider, and are subject to their availability and Neat Ideas' Terms and Conditions.
  2. Find out more: these Rewards are redeemable via a third-party website. You may need to enter a coupon code or follow a link to a specific website. This redemption method will be clearly explained in the offer page.
    Find out more offers are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party benefits provider.

Can I call to redeem my offers?

The majority of offers are redeemed exclusively online at Cliqit or from an associated third party website

Some specific offers may require you to call to book. This will be clearly outlined on the product page.

What payment options are available?

For Rewards you are able to add to cart, the following payment methods are available:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

Payment methods may vary when redeeming offers on third party websites.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 72 hours of signing up through the Cliqit platform, contact Cliqit by completing the form below or calling 1300 775 240.

Can I give access to these offers to someone else?

Access to these offers is restricted to Cliqit members only. Access and links to Cliqit cannot be shared with ineligible users. Users found to be distributing offers to others risk account deactivation.

Users of Cliqit Rewards are able to purchase products on the website for the purpose of gifting. Please simply purchase the product yourself, then distribute the product or voucher separately. Please note that some products or 3rd parties may have separate restrictions on this practice.

 

Reward Dollars

What are Reward Dollars?

Reward Dollars are a type of credit which can be applied by Cliqit to your account that can be used to purchase ‘add to cart’ products on the Rewards Platform.

I’ve received Reward Dollars, what can I use these for?

Reward Dollars can be used to purchase any ‘add to cart’ product. This includes attractions, experiences, gift cards, and movie tickets.

‘Find out more’ products, available via a third-party provider cannot be purchased using Cliqit Reward Dollars.

How can I view my Reward Dollars?

To check if Reward Dollars have been credited to your account, simply go to the "My Account" section, and click on "My Reward Dollars".

In this section, you can also check the expiry and previous use of Reward Dollars.

Why haven't I received my Reward Dollars yet?

If you have been advised that you are going to receive Reward Dollars, but the Reward Dollars are not in your account, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • The Reward Dollars may be applied on a specific date following sign-up.
  • The processing and upload of Reward Dollars can take up to 2 business days.
  • You may not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the promotional Terms and Conditions.
  • The Reward Dollars may have expired.

If you believe you are eligible for unclaimed Reward Dollars, please contact a representative of the organisation which has enabled your access to Cliqit for clarification.

How do I apply my Reward Dollars?

If you have Reward Dollars loaded into your account, you will be able to see them above your information at checkout. When you would like to redeem your Reward Dollars, simply click "Click here to update your cart".

The Reward Dollars will automatically subtract from your total as "Applied Reward Dollars" and can be removed from your purchase by clicking the "Cancel" button located next to this. Please note that Reward Dollars are rounded up to the nearest Dollar. For example, should the product you wish to purchase be priced at $36.80, you will use 37 Reward Dollars as payment. No change will be credited to you.

Can I seek an extension or transfer my Reward Dollars?

No, Reward Dollars are not extendable or transferrable. Any expired Reward Dollars are automatically forfeited.

I am no longer eligible for Cliqit, can I still spend my Reward Dollars?

Reward Dollars are also forfeited if the account associated to the Reward Dollars is removed or disabled.

Can I change my account email address or details?

You can change your details at any time in the "My Account" section of the website.

Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

About Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

The following information relates to some 'add to cart' product including experience and attractions bookings made through the Cliqit platform, or products that you can add to your cart.

For amendments, cancellations and refunds on 'find out more' products, please contact the third party provider directly. Please note, that third party providers have separate terms and conditions of purchase.

We ensure the relevant details of the products are highlighted in the overview of the product and the specific details are available in the details of the product. At the checkout, we remind customers to check their order before placing their order. Customers must tick a box confirming that they have reviewed their order to purchase.

We will of course gladly refund the full purchase price of an 'add to cart' product if:

  • If we have made an error, human or computer.
  • If we have charged twice for an order.

Please note that delays in delivery, physical or electronic, do not constitute an error.

All purchases with Reward Dollars are final and are not eligible for return or refund. Once you have ordered with Reward Dollars, you cannot cancel it or return it for a refund of Reward Dollars, except in the case of defective products or as required by applicable law.

Can I change dates?

For 'add to cart' products purchased on the Cliqit platform, dates of an existing booking may be fixed and can’t be amended. However, you can cancel your booking (subject to cancellation policy) and make another booking if your desired dates are available.

How long does a refund take to process?

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to go back into your account.

Why is my chosen offer unavailable?

The offer may be sold out on the chosen dates. If you’re flexible with your dates, simply search for new dates. Alternatively, explore our other offers available.

Why haven’t I received a purchase confirmation?

Purchases made through the Cliqit platform should receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchasing a product through the platform, contact the Cliqit customer service team by calling 1300 775 240 or by completing the form below. Please select Product issues' as the enquiry category..

If the purchase was a 'find out more' product, redeemed via a third-party website, please contact the customer service team from the provider.
