Protecting your privacy is important to CLIQIT (CLIQIT, ‘we’ ‘us’ and ‘our’). This notice explains how we collect, handle and safeguard your personal information when you participate in CLIQIT Rewards and sign up to use the Rewards Platform.

When you participate in CLIQIT Rewards, CLIQIT collects and uses your personal information in order to provide you with access to CLIQIT Rewards.

When you redeem rewards or make purchases through CLIQIT Rewards, we will collect information about the partners and brands you have interacted with or, in the case of purchases, the specific products you have purchased. We use this information to provide you with benefits and rewards, as well as to improve the CLIQIT Rewards experience and for data analytics purposes.

If you don’t provide us with the information we need, or if you provide us with incorrect or incomplete information, then we may not be able to provide access to CLIQIT Rewards.

Your information will either be collected directly from you when you sign up and use CLIQIT Rewards or may be passed through to the Rewards Platform on your behalf by a CLIQIT Affiliate.

CLIQIT will share your information with anyone engaged by us or acting on our behalf in providing CLIQIT Rewards to you. This includes:

• RACV’s technology provider who RACV engages to provide technology services associated with the Rewards Platform; and
• Third party providers who provide you with the Product on terms and conditions agreed between you and provider.
